The plant is supplied with modern first-rate equipment from the leading European companies in accordance with Finnish quality standards. Only carefully selected conifer subjected mostly to radial and semi-radial sawing is used as raw materials. “Vainichek” dryers that are installed in the plant make it possible to use careful regimes of drying to relative humidity 10-12%. While drying wood in “Vanichek” all biological pathogenic factors (fungi, microorganisms) are annihilated and environment unfavorable for wood borers and other insects is created. Panels are thoroughly sorted so as to select the best and the most good-looking material for exterior surfaces with most expressive texture. Dried wood is planed from four sides using “Weinig” equipment to obtain panels with strictly assigned geometrical characteristics and proper surface quality for subsequent high quality gluing. Gluing is performed by means of a powerful hydraulic press with strict observance of required temporal and mechanical parameters, using the special glue “Cascolit”. This glue is produced by “Akzo Nobel” companies (Sweden) and is applied only in residential housebuilding. After gluing the beam is machined: it is formed to shape at a 4-side machine, faced to the size, corners are cut, recesses are made for mounting millwork in accordance with the detailed project. Planing of glued beam ensures ideally smooth surface. Marked accordingly to the project documentation and packed in corporate packaging products before being shipped are stored in a warehouse with certain temperature and humidity conditions. |
