Drafts are carried out electronically in Architectural Desctop program. The client can get a three-dimensional electronic or common model in 1:50-1:100 scale. Second option: Working up the draft based on a ready-made design. If a client opts for building a house based on a ready-made design GREENSIDE’s specialists can advise on which one fits best, if any modifications or additions are needed. Third option. A client comes with a prepared draft. In all these cases the client gets a preliminary estimate based on the draft. The next stage is working out technical documentation. The working project stage involves elaborating of engineering design required for constructing: • architectural working draft • technical design documentation. GREENSIDE’s designers using specialized programs for wooden house-building (Sema, ArhiCade) carry out draft sections with final element wise specification for house buck. Foundation designing is worth mentioning as well. If the foundation on the client’s site doesn’t exist GREENSIDE’s specialists will start with designing it. Having received the data on the ground condition and subsoil waters’ level (geology) the company experts will offer the client the most relevant for the area type of foundation.
